ART
You can’t ‘do’ art. Whether it’s music, poetry or creating images, it’s something that finds you and excites you, and then shows a determined reluctance to let go.
It can be a lonely place, making pictures, and yet it is one of immense satisfaction. We all have a ‘thing’ that meets our creative needs and gives us a place of calm within it’s excitement. Art is also a different, more personal way of connecting with people. It’s sharing the unifying concept of ‘see it, feel it, get it’.
Well, that’s the way it seems to work for me.
